摘　　要：目的:分析家庭参与式安宁疗护对肺癌病人疼痛介质水平、自我感受负担及生存质量的影响。方法:选取2021年3月—2023年3月山西省人民医院收治的120例癌痛病人为研究对象,采用抽签法将其分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予家庭参与式安宁疗护,比较两组病人的疼痛介质水平、自我感受负担、心理状态及生活质量。结果:干预后,观察组P物质(SP)、前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))、多巴胺(DA)水平均低于对照组,家庭/经济负担、治疗负担、照护负担、情感负担评分均低于对照组,生理状况、社会/家庭状况、情感状况及功能状况评分均高于对照组,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家庭参与式安宁疗护可降低肺癌病人的疼痛程度和自我感受负担,改善病人的心理状态和生存质量。Objective:To analyze the influence of family participatory hospice care on pain mediators levels,self-perceived burden,andquality of life in patients with lung cancer.Methods:A total of 120 patients with cancer pain admitted to Shanxi Provincial People'sHospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into control group and observationgroup using a lottery method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group receivedfamily participatory hospice care.Pain mediators levels,self-perceived burden,psychological state,and quality of life of the two groupswere compared.Results:After intervention,the levels of SP,PGE_2,and DA in the observation group were lower than those in the controlgroup.The scores of family/economic burden,treatment burden,care burden,and emotional burden were higher than those in controlgroup.The scores of physiological status,social/family status,emotional status,and functional status were all high compared to thecontrol group.The scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) were lower than those of thecontrol group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Family participatory hospice care could reduce thepain level and self-perceived burden of lung cancer patients,improve their psychological state and quality of life.
