邻苯二酚改性淀粉基非异氰酸酯聚氨酯的制备及其性能

摘  要:采用两步法合成邻苯二酚改性淀粉基非异氰酸酯聚氨酯(D-DPHU).首先,以二元胺(聚醚胺D-230)、双(六元环碳酸酯)(BCC)及盐酸多巴胺(DOP)为原料进行聚加成反应合成预聚物;然后与双醛淀粉(DAS)通过席夫碱反应制备了D-DPHU.系统研究了DAS含量对D-DPHU力学性能、粘合性能、热稳定性能、再加工性能、自修复性能和形状记忆特性的影响.研究结果表明:随DAS含量的增加,D-DPHU的力学性能呈现先上升后下降的趋势;当DAS含量由0增加到10%时,D-DPHU的拉伸强度由7.04 MPa升高至8.29 MPa.D-DPHU的粘合性能也呈先上升后下降的趋势;当DAS含量为10%时,D-DPHU-10的搭接剪切强度最高可达8.38 MPa.D-DPHU-10经过两次再加工后的搭接剪切强度达到7.02 MPa,其再加工效率达到83.77%.此外,D-DPHU还具有良好的热稳定性能、自修复性能、形状记忆特性.Starch-based non-isocyanate polyurethane containing catechol structure(D-DPHU)was synthesized by a two-step process.D-DPHU was firstly prepared by polyaddition reaction from diamine(polyether amine D-230)and six-membered cyclic carbonate(BCC)and dopamine(DOP),and then undergoing a Schiff-base reaction with dialdehyde starch(DAS).The effects of DAS content on the mechanical properties,adhesives properties,thermal stability,reprocessing properties,self-healing properties and shape memory properties of D-DPHU were systematically investigated.The results showed that with the increase of DAS content,the mechanical properties of D-DPHU showed a tendency of increasing and then decreasing;and when the DAS content was increased from 0 to 10%,the tensile strength of D-DPHU increased from 7.04 MPa to 8.29 MPa.The adhesives properties of D-DPHU also showed a tendency of increasing and then decreasing;and when the DAS content was 10%,the lap shear strength of D-DPHU-10 was up to 8.38 MPa.The lap shear strength of D-DPHU-10 reached 7.02 MPa after two reprocessing,and its reprocessing efficiency reached 83.77%.In addition,D-DPHU has good thermal stability,self-healing properties,and shape memory properties.
