赤泥对造纸废水厌氧消化的促进效果研究

摘  要:赤泥中含有大量的氧化铁,具有提高电子传递效率和促进厌氧产甲烷的潜力.本实验通过向半连续反应器中投加不同浓度梯度的赤泥,探究其对造纸废水厌氧消化的促进效果.结果表明:赤泥投加量为5 g·L^(-1)、10 g·L^(-1)、20 g·L^(-1)和40 g·L^(-1)时,造纸废水厌氧消化过程中COD去除率分别提高了7.2%、11.4%、16.1%和12.5%,产甲烷量分别提高了19.6%、31.8%、32.8%和29.8%;赤泥的添加促进了丙酸和丁酸的分解,减少了体系中酸的积累;投加赤泥增强了颗粒污泥代谢活性,与对照组相比辅酶F420含量提高41.8%;添加赤泥的反应器中EPS的氧化还原活性物质浓度大于对照组,且具有更强的电子接受能力和更低的传输阻力,有效提高了厌氧消化系统电子传递速率,从而提高造纸废水厌氧消化效率.Red mud contains a large amount of iron oxide,which has the potential to improve electron transfer efficiency and promote anaerobic methane production.This experiment investigated the promoting effect of adding red mud with different concentration gradients to a semi continuous reactor for anaerobic digestion of papermaking wastewater.The results showed that when the dosage of red mud was 5 g·L^(-1),10 g·L^(-1),20 g·L^(-1),and 40 g·L^(-1),the COD removal rate in the anaerobic digestion process of papermaking wastewater increased by 7.2%,11.4%,16.1%,and 12.5%,and the methane production increased by 19.6%,31.8%,32.8%,and 29.8%,respectively.The addition of red mud promoted the decomposition of propionic acid and butyric acid,reducing the accumulation of acid in the system.The addition of red mud enhanced the metabolic activity of granular sludge,and compared with the control group,the content of coenzyme F420 increased by 41.8%.The concentration of redox active substances in EPS in the reactor with added red mud was higher than that in the control group,and it had stronger electron acceptance ability and lower transport resistance,effectively improving the electron transfer rate of the anaerobic digestion system and thus improving the anaerobic digestion efficiency of papermaking wastewater.
