Ru/蒙脱土催化乙酰丙酸制备γ-戊内酯研究

摘  要:γ-戊内酯是乙酰丙酸加氢的高附加值产品之一,在化工和燃料领域有着广泛的应用.本文以天然矿物蒙脱土为载体,制备了负载Ru的Ru/MMT催化剂,并以其为催化剂在以水为溶剂80℃下反应6 h条件下,乙酰丙酸加氢制备γ-戊内酯的产率达到98.0%,选择性达到98.0%;通过对比实验等探究了该催化反应的反应路径,并对该催化剂的催化稳定性进行了研究,发现该催化剂具有良好的稳定性.γ-valerolactone is one of the high value-added products for the hydrogenation of levulinic acid,which has been widely used in chemical and fuel fields.In this paper,the Ru/MMT catalyst was prepared with the natural mineral montmorillonite as the support.With water as the solvent,the prepared catalyst was employed as the catalyst for hydrogenation of levulinic acid toγ-valerolactone.The yield can reach 98.0%and the selectivity was 98%at 80℃for 6 h.The reaction path of the catalytic reaction was explored through controlled experiments.The catalytic stability of the catalyst was studied and it was found that the catalyst has the good stability.
