摘  要:银纳米线导电薄膜具有良好的导电性与透光度,使其在柔性电子领域具有较好的应用前景,但其存在着与薄膜基底的结合力弱等问题.本文制备了银纳米线(Ag NWs)与聚(3,4乙烯二氧噻吩)-聚苯乙烯磺酸盐(PEDOT∶PSS)复合导电油墨,使用化学接枝处理来增大聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)薄膜的亲水性.加入羟丙基甲基纤维素作为粘结剂,探究了不同含量的PEDOT∶PSS油墨配比对复合导电薄膜的影响.通过不同溶液对导电薄膜进行不同时间的浸渍,并经过烧结处理得到的导电薄膜的薄膜电阻可达5Ω/sq,透光度达到78%,并具有良好的循环稳定性.Ag NWs/PEDOT∶PSS复合导电薄膜可以应用在柔性透明加热器、太阳能电池等多种领域.Silver nanowires(Ag NWs)conductive films exhibit excellent conductivity and transparency,making them promising for flexible electronics.However,they suffer from weak adhesion to film substrates.In this study,a composite conductive ink of Ag NWs and poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(styrene sulfonate)(PEDOT∶PSS)was prepared.Chemical grafting was employed to enhance the hydrophilicity of PET film.Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose was added as a binder to investigate the impact of varying PEDOT∶PSS ink ratios on the composite conductive film.After immersion in different solutions for various durations and subsequent sintering,the resulting films achieved a sheet resistance of 5Ω/sq and a transparency of 78%,along with excellent cyclic stability.The Ag NWs/PEDOT∶PSS composite conductive films have potential applications in flexible transparent heaters and solar cells.
