摘 要:钾是植物生长发育中不可或缺的重要矿质营养元素,缺钾将严重制约作物产量和农业生产效率。野大豆作为栽培大豆的近缘野生种,因其丰富的遗传多样性和良好的抗逆性,成为改良大豆抗性的重要资源。以普通型野大豆与耐贫瘠型野大豆为材料,模拟低钾胁迫环境,测定并比较了两种生态型野大豆幼苗的生长特性与光合特性。结果表明,低钾胁迫下普通型野大豆的生长和光合作用受到的影响大于耐贫瘠型野大豆;耐贫瘠型野大豆能在低钾条件下维持较稳定的光合作用,表现出更强的低钾适应能力。Potassium is an essential mineral nutrient for plant growth and development,and potassium deficiency severely restricts crop yields and agricultural productivity.Wild soybean(Glycine soja),a close wild relative of cultivated soybean,is an important resource for improving soybean resistance due to its rich genetic diversity and strong stress tolerance.This study used typical and low-nutrient-tolerant wild soybean ecotypes as materials to simulate potassium-deficiency stress environments and measured and compared the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of the seedlings of the two ecotypes.The results showed that under potassium-deficiency stress,the growth and photosynthesis of typical wild soybean were more adversely affected compared to the low-nutrient-tolerant wild soybean which was able to maintain relatively stable photosynthesis under potassium-deficiency conditions,demonstrating a stronger adaptability to low-potassium tolerance.
