摘  要:流体中固体颗粒与管道内壁碰撞摩擦会造成管壁损伤,研究多相流磨损规律对技术人员制定管道运行策略具有指导意义。采用OLGA软件建立了油气管道多相流磨损模型,分析了不同因素对管道磨损的影响规律。结果表明,随着温度的升高,弯头冲蚀磨损速率先快速升高后趋于平缓,曲线变化转折点为温度55℃位置。随着原油流量的增大,弯头冲蚀磨损速率先平缓上升后快速升高,应将原油流量控制在4 m^(3)/h至5.5 m^(3)/h的冲蚀磨损速率平缓上升阶段。随着气液比的增大,弯头冲蚀磨损速率先升高后略有降低,在管道运行过程中,应注意中气液比工况下的弯头磨损与防护。随着固体颗粒体积分数的增大,原油黏度的降低,弯头冲蚀磨损速率升高。The collision and friction between solid particles in the fluid and the inner wall of the pipelines cause damage to the pipeline wall.Studying the wear law of multiphase flow has guiding significance for technicians to formulate pipeline operation strategies.A multiphase flow wear model for oil and gas pipelines is established using OLGA software,and the influence of different factors on pipeline wear is analyzed.The results indicate that as the temperature increases,the erosion and wear rate of the elbow first increases rapidly and then tends to flatten,and the turning point of the curve change is at the temperature of 55 ℃.As the crude oil flow rate increases,the erosion and wear rate of the elbow first rises slowly and then rapidly.The crude oil flow rate should be controlled at a stage of gradual increase in erosion and wear rate from 4 m^(3)/h to 5.5 m^(3)/h.As the gas-liquid ratio increases,the erosion and wear rate of the elbow first increases and then slightly decreases.During pipeline operation,attention should be paid to the wear and protection of the elbow under the condition of medium gas-liquid ratio.As the volume fraction of solid particles increases,the viscosity of crude oil decreases,and the erosion and wear rate of elbows increases.
