红河油田裂缝性致密储层保护钻井液技术研究

摘  要:针对红河油田裂缝性致密储层保护技术难题,通过储层岩心矿物组成、微观结构及敏感性评价试验等,分析了储层损害机理及保护技术对策,通过优选自降解封堵剂、防水锁剂,优化构建了适合红河油田裂缝性致密储层保护的钻井液体系。研究结果表明,红河油田长8组储层岩石矿物组成以石英为主,黏土矿物含量较低。储层岩心为强速敏损害,中等偏弱水敏损害,弱盐酸酸敏损害,弱碱敏损害,无土酸损害。钻井过程中的储层损害类型主要包括固相侵入损害、水锁损害及敏感性损害。优化后储层钻井液静态和动态污染后岩心渗透率恢复值均大于80%,具有较好的储层保护性能。优选的自降解封堵剂SD-PGA与钻井液配伍性较好,封堵层承压能力10.2 MPa,60℃下加热48 h后封堵层反排压力大幅下降,其可在钻井阶段形成致密封堵层,并在48 h后通过自降解降低反排压力或实现自解堵,该研究有望为红河油田裂缝性致密储层保护提供一种新的方法和技术思路。In response to the technical challenges of protecting fractured tight reservoirs in Honghe Oilfield,the mechanism of reservoir damage and protective measures are analyzed through experiments on the mineral composition,microstructure,and sensitivity evaluation of reservoir cores.Through the optimization of self-degradable plugging agents,waterproof locking agents,a drilling fluid system suitable for protecting fractured tight reservoirs in Honghe Oilfield is constructed.The research results indicate that the rock mineral composition of the Chang 8 reservoir in Honghe Oilfield is mainly composed of quartz,with a relatively low content of clay minerals.The reservoir core exhibits strong velocity sensitivity damage,moderate to weak water sensitivity damage,weak hydrochloric acid sensitivity damage,weak alkali sensitivity damage,and no soil acid damage.The types of reservoir damage during drilling mainly include solid-phase invasion damage,water lock damage,and sensitivity damage.The recovery values of core permeability after static and dynamic contamination of the optimized reservoir drilling fluid are both greater than 80%,indicating good reservoir protection performance.The preferred self-degradable plugging agent SD-PGA has good compatibility with drilling fluid,with a sealing layer pressure bearing capacity of 10.2 MPa.After heating at 60 ℃ for 48 hours,the backflow pressure of the sealing layer decreases significantly.It can form a sealing layer during the drilling stage and reduce the backflow pressure or achieve self-unblocking through self-degradation after 48 hours.This study is expected to provide a new method and technical idea for the protection of fractured tight reservoirs in Honghe Oilfield.
