摘 要:针对常规碱性完井液与地层水的配伍性较差,易产生垢类沉淀、造成储层伤害的难题,开发了一种具有优良高温解堵性能的酸性解堵剂STA-1,进一步通过对高温防膨剂、高温缓蚀剂等助剂优选,构建了一套抗120℃高温的解堵完井液体系SHC,并对SHC体系进行了系统的性能评价。研究结果表明,120℃高温下,1%STA-1对地层岩样溶蚀率达4.7%,可有效酸化解堵。抗温防膨剂HCS-1加量2%时,黏土膨胀率仅为6.8%,防膨性能较好。缓蚀剂CA101加量为2%时,P110钢材腐蚀率小于0.30 mm/a,腐蚀速率较低。构建的抗高温解堵完井液体系SHC对CaCO_(3)和MgCO_(3)垢类溶解率达99.8%以上、黏土膨胀率低于4.4%、腐蚀速率低于0.25 mm/a,以某地区地层水配制的SHC体系表现出良好的沉降稳定性,且与该区块地层水、钻井液等均具有良好的配伍性。因此,SHC体系可满足深部储层完井中解堵需要,具有良好的应用前景。In response to the problem of poor compatibility between conventional alkaline completion fluids and formation water,which easily leads to scale precipitation and reservoir damage,an acidic plugging removal agent STA-1 with excellent high-temperature plugging removal performance has been developed.Furthermore,by optimizing high-temperature anti swelling agents,high-temperature corrosion inhibitors and other additives,a set of plugging removal fluid system SHC resistant to 120 ℃ has been constructed,and the performance of the SHC system has been systematically evaluated.The research results show that at 120 ℃,1% STA-1 has a dissolution rate of 4.7% on the formation rock sample,which can effectively acidify and remove blockages.When the dosage of anti-temperature and anti-swelling agent HCS-1 is 2%,the clay expansion rate is only 6.8%,indicating good anti-swelling performance.When the dosage of corrosion inhibitor CA101 is 2%,the corrosion rate of P110 steel is less than 0.30 mm/a,indicating a lower corrosion rate.The constructed high-temperature resistance plugging removal completion fluid system SHC has a dissolution rate of over 99.8% for CaCO_(3) and MgCO_(3) scale,a clay expansion rate of less than 4.4%,and a corrosion rate of less than 0.25 mm/a.The SHC system prepared with formation water from a certain area exhibits good settling stability and good compatibility with the formation water and drilling fluid in the block.Therefore,the SHC system can meet the needs of plugging removal in deep reservoir completion and has good application prospects.
