硫铵残液装置残液分层效果的优化研究

摘  要:针对硫铵残液装置中残液分层的关键难题,研究了添加己内酰胺与LJ3010消泡剂对分层效果的优化作用。通过系统且全面的试验分析,考察了不同添加量下残液在分离时间、电导值、COD值等多方面的变化规律,为硫铵残液装置的优化运行设计提供了切实可行的方案。结果表明,该方案可以有效降低APU残液中的硫铵含量,显著提升APU残液的COD值,增强焚烧炉的运行效率,提高硫铵大颗粒的产量,进而促进资源的高效回收和最大化提升生产效益。The optimization effect of adding caprolactam and LJ3010 defoamer on the stratification of residual liquid in the ammonium sulfate residual liquid device is studied to address the key challenge of residual liquid stratification.Through systematic and comprehensive experimental analysis,the changes in separation time,conductivity,COD,and other aspects of residual liquid under different addition amounts are investigated,providing a practical and feasible solution for the optimized operation design of ammonium sulfate residual liquid device.The results show that this scheme can effectively reduce the ammonium sulfate content in APU residual liquid,significantly improve the COD value of APU residual liquid,enhance the operating efficiency of the incinerator,increase the production of large ammonium sulfate particles,and promote efficient resource recovery and maximize production efficiency.
