摘　　要：上海市肺科医院以全面质量管理理论为指导,从人才能力建设、病房硬件配备、信息系统建设、制度流程建设、质量控制管理和患者随访管理等方面进行肺癌综合诊治中心建设,实现了肺癌的精准治疗,加强了诊疗质量监管,提高了患者管理效能,有效提升了患者满意度。该模式在上海市级医院推广后,有望实现跨院区肿瘤治疗数据联网,打通“信息孤岛”,构建肿瘤综合诊疗的“上海模式”。Guided by the theory of total quality management,Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital has carried out the construction of comprehensive oncology center for lung cancer from the aspects of talent capacity building,ward hardware equipment,information system construction,system process construction,quality control management and patient follow-up management.The center has realized the precise treatment of lung cancer,strengthened the supervision of diagnosis and treatment quality,improved the efficiency of patient management and effectively elevated patient satisfaction.After the promotion of this model in Shanghai municipal hospitals,it is expected to realize the data networking of cross-hospital tumor treatment,bridge the"information silo",and construct the"Shanghai model"of comprehensive tumor diagnosis and treatment.
