摘　　要：为提高宫颈癌综合诊疗质量和水平,复旦大学附属妇产科医院聚焦宫颈癌综合诊治中心建设,从宫颈癌预防、筛查、诊断、治疗、康复、随访、临床研究、健康教育及科普等全生命周期要素出发,通过建立结构化电子病历模板和SOP方案,开展多学科诊疗,搭建综合诊疗信息平台,开展全周期随访管理,以及制订规范化诊疗质量控制指标等,构建了全流程宫颈癌综合诊疗服务体系,为其他肿瘤综合诊治中心建设提供了参考。In order to improve the quality and level of comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer,the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University focused on the construction of comprehensive oncology center of cervical cancer,starting from the whole life cycle elements of cervical cancer prevention,screening,diagnosis,treatment,rehabilitation,follow-up,clinical research,health education and popular science,the whole process of comprehensive diagnosis and treatment service system of cervical cancer was constructed by establishing structured electronic medical record template and SOP scheme,carrying out multidisciplinary treatment,building comprehensive diagnosis and treatment information platform,carrying out full-cycle follow-up management,and formulating standardized diagnosis and treatment quality control indicators,which provided reference for the construction of other comprehensive oncology centers.
