基于移动健康的慢性病护理随访经济学研究的系统评价

摘　　要：目的系统评价基于移动健康的慢性病护理随访经济学研究,为我国相关研究开展提供参考。方法计算机检索Cochrane Library、Web of Science、CINAHL、中国知网、万方等中英文数据库相关文献。由两名研究人员独立筛选文献、提取资料,并评价纳入文献质量,同时对纳入文献进行描述性分析和定性系统评价。结果共纳入分析18篇文献,我国文献仅有2篇。14项研究显示,基于移动健康的慢性病护理随访具有成本-效果优势。3项研究显示,基于移动健康的护理随访在不同慢性病人群中的经济性存在差异。纳入研究在成本测量、不确定性描述、分布效应分析等方面存在一定偏倚。结论基于移动健康的慢性病护理随访具有成本-效果优势,但在不同慢性病人群中的经济性不同。相关研究评价内容需拓宽,评价方法多样性需加强,质量需提升。Objective To systematically review the nursing follow-up economic research of chronic diseases based on mobile health,and to provide reference for related research in China.Methods The Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CINAHL,CNKI,Wanfang and other Chinese and English databases were searched.Two researchers independently screened literature,extracted data,and evaluated the quality of the included literature,on which descriptive analysis and qualitative systematic review were performed.Results A total of 18 articles were included,and there were two articles from China.A total of 14 studies showed that the nursing follow-up of chronic diseases based on mobile health had cost-effectiveness benefit.Three studies showed that there were differences in the economy among different chronic diseases populations.There were some biases in cost measurement,uncertainty description and distribution effect analysis.Conclusion The nursing follow-up of chronic diseases based on mobile health has cost-effectiveness advantage,but the economy is not the same in different chronic disease groups.The evaluation content of related research needs to be broadened,the diversity of evaluation methods needs to be strengthened,and the quality needs to be improved.
