摘  要:常规的数字视频会议实时监控系统数据库多为目标式结构,监控存储效率低,导致监测速率优化比下降,为此设计基于视频特征融合的数字视频会议实时监控系统。根据当前的测试需求,先进行视频会议图像采集器的构建,增设实时监控主控装置,完成系统硬件的设计;以此为基础,建立视频特征融合下视频会议实时监控功能模块,采用多阶的方式,提升监控存储效率,关联多阶监控数据库,完成系统软件的设计。测试结果表明:针对随机选定的四个测试周期,经过两个阶段的测试,最终得出的监测速率优化比均超过4,说明此次在视频特征融合技术的辅助与支持下,所设计的数字视频会议实时监控系统更为高效、细化,针对性强,具有实际的应用价值。Conventional digital video conference real-time monitoring system databases are mostly target based structures,resulting in low monitoring storage efficiency and a decrease in monitoring rate optimization ratio.Therefore,this paper proposes the design and practical verification of a real-time monitoring system for power company party and government digital video conferences based on video feature fusion.Based on the current testing requirements,first build a video conference image collector,add a real-time monitoring control device,and complete the hardware design of the system;Based on this,establish a real-time monitoring function module for video conferencing under video feature fusion,adopt a multi-level approach to improve monitoring storage efficiency,associate with a multi-level monitoring database,and complete the design of the system software.The test results show that for the randomly selected four testing cycles,after two stages of testing,the final monitoring rate optimization ratio can reach 4 or above.This indicates that with the assistance and support of video feature fusion technology,the designed digital video conference real-time monitoring system is more efficient,refined,targeted,and has practical application value.
