摘 要:针对开关电源中振荡器输出时钟频率能量过于集中而引起电磁干扰(Electro-Magnetic Interference,EMI)强度过高的问题,提出了一种仅需要参考电流即可工作的展频振荡器电路。通过扰动振荡器中为电容充电的电流,平均化对应频率的能量,降低开关电源的EMI强度。基于TSMC 0.25μm BCD工艺进行电路设计和版图绘制。经过仿真可知,展频功能对振荡器电路的EMI强度降低了5.474 dB,对Buck-Boost电路的EMI强度降低了11.9%。展频振荡器电路可显著降低电路的EMI强度。所设计的展频振荡器电路可用于汽车电子和其他类型开关电源电路中,具有很强的可移植性。A spread frequency oscillator circuit which worked with only reference current was proposed to suppress EMI caused by concentrated energy of the oscillator output clock frequency.By perturbing the current that charged the capacitor in the oscillator,averaged the frequency power so that reduced the EMI intensity of the switch-mode power supplies.It was implemented in TSMC 0.25μm BCD to design schematics and layouts.The results showed that the EMI of oscillator was reduced 5.474 dB,the EMI of Buck-Boost was reduced 11.9%.This type oscillator circuit could obviously reduce the EMI intensity of the circuit.The spread frequency oscillator circuit had strong portability that could be applied in automotive electronics and other.
