摘  要:冗余供应信息维度高,难以有效地筛选和处理大量复杂的数据,导致决策结果与实际不符。对此,提出了基于大数据的冗余供应信息弹性决策方法。利用主成分分析算法将高维数据投影到低维空间,通过计算数据映射后最大方差,构建投影矩阵,实现冗余供应信息降维。构建两层决策反应集合,提取弹性决策特征,应用基于二叉决策树的弹性决策模型,计算弹性决策信息增益,给出弹性决策偏好程度,以此实现信息弹性决策。由实验结果可知,决策者A拥有老厂区10:00-18:00、宿舍楼18:00的用电监测数据;决策者B拥有办公楼大厅、办公楼一层10:00-18:00的用电监测数据;决策者C拥有办公楼二层、办公楼三层10:00-18:00的用电监测数据。与实际用电监测数据一致,能够达到弹性决策的目的。Due to the high dimensionality of redundant supply information,it is difficult to effectively filter and process a large amount of complex data,resulting in decision results that are inconsistent with reality.A flexible decision-making method for redundant supply information based on big data has been proposed.Using principal component analysis algorithm to project high-dimensional data into a low dimensional space,calculating the maximum variance after data mapping,constructing a projection matrix,and achieving redundant supply information dimensionality reduction.Construct a two-layer decision response set,extract elastic decision features,apply an elastic decision model based on binary decision tree,calculate the information gain of elastic decision,and provide the degree of preference for elastic decision,in order to achieve information elastic decision.According to the experimental results,decision maker A has electricity monitoring data for the old factory area from 10:00 to 18:00 and the dormitory building at 18:00;Decision maker B has electricity monitoring data for the office building lobby and the first floor from 10:00 to 18:00;Decision maker C has electricity monitoring data for the second and third floors of the office building from 10:00 to 18:00.Consistent with actual electricity monitoring data,it can achieve the goal of flexible decision-making.
