摘  要:作为一种关键施工工具,插入式振捣棒在混凝土浇筑过程中具有广泛应用。为深入探究插入式振捣棒对混凝土性能的影响,通过数值模拟方法,针对新拌混凝土采用宾汉姆模型来模拟和分析振捣棒对混凝土的振捣过程。研究表明:从整体上看,插入式振捣棒的作用半径随直径、频率、振幅的增大而增加;当频率较小时,大直径振捣棒的性能很难得到发挥,作用半径不足棒径的5倍,此时使用小直径的振捣棒在较低频率下也能达到很好的振动效果;对于狭窄空间,采用小径低频的振捣棒是更好的选择,既节能又高效。The insertion vibrator,as a crucial construction tool,is widely used in the concrete pouring process.To thoroughly investigate the impact of the insertion vibrator on concrete performance,the Bingham rheological model was used to simulate and analyze the vibrational process of the insertion vibrator on freshly mixed concrete by numerical simulation method.This study indicated that,overall,the effective radius of the insertion vibrator increased with the enlargement of its diameter,frequency,and amplitude.When the frequency was low,the performance of a large-diameter insertion vibrator was challenging to fully utilize,with an effective radius less than five times its diameter.In such cases,the use of a small-diameter insertion vibrator could achieve good vibration effects even at lower frequencies.For confined spaces,opting for a small-diameter,low-frequency insertion vibrator might be a better choice,providing both energy efficiency and effectiveness.
