摘  要:高端钛产品金属钛和氯化法钛白,对航空航天、国防军工、医疗卫生等领域具有重要战略作用。TiCl_(4)是高端钛产品生产中重要的中间原料。沸腾氯化法规模大、效率高,是制备TiCl_(4)的主要发展方向,但其对钛原料的要求高(TiO_(2)>92%,CaO+MgO<1.5%)。中国钛资源储量丰富,但钙镁杂质含量高,难以用于沸腾氯化法生产。高效脱除中国钛资源中的钙镁杂质,满足沸腾氯化法对原料的要求,是推动中国高端钛产业发展的重要措施之一。目前中国钛资源钙镁脱除研究,主要集中在钛精矿电炉冶炼后的高钙镁电炉钛渣的深度除杂工序,除杂工艺复杂、环境污染严重,工业应用难度大。从选矿角度出发,总结了钛精矿分选方法、特点及应用等,提出钛精矿入炉冶炼前进行高效分选除杂,有利于提升电炉钛渣品质,有效推动利用中国高钙镁钛资源制备出优质沸腾氯化炉料。High-end titanium products metal titanium and chlorinated titanium dioxide have important strategic roles in aerospace,national defense industry,medical and health and other fields.TiCl_(4) is the important intermediate raw material in the production of highend titanium products.The boiling chlorination method has large scale and high efficiency,which is the main development direction for the preparation of TiCl_(4),but its requirements for titanium raw materials are high(TiO_(2)>92%,CaO+MgO<1.5%).Panxi titanium resources in China are abundant,but the content of calcium and magnesium impurities is high,and it is difficult to be used for boiling chlorination production.Efficiently removing calcium and magnesium impurities in China's Panxi titanium resources and meeting the requirements of boiling chlorination for raw materials is one of the important measures to promote the development of China's high-end titanium industry.At present,the research on calcium and magnesium removal of Panxi titanium resources mainly focuses on the deep impurity removal process of high calcium magnesium electric furnace titanium slag after titanium concentrate electric furnace smelting,which is complex in impurity removal process,serious environmental pollution,and difficult industrial application.From the perspective of mineral processing,this paper summarized the sorting methods,characteristics and applications of titanium concentrate,and proposes that the efficient sorting and impurity removal of titanium concentrate before smelting was conducive to improving the quality of titanium slag in electric furnace and effectively promoting the use of Panxi titanium resources in China to prepare high-quality boiling chlorinated charge.Magnetic separation and gravity concentration were commonly applied concentrating methods to obtain middles in the mineral processing.In the magnetic and gravity separation,the core technology footholds were:1)efficient grading and tail throwing;2)recovering finegrained.The concentrate after pre-tailing and r
