摘 要:正电子发射型计算机断层显像(PET)是一种先进的核医学成像技术,其中脑PET是专门用于脑部成像的装置。脑PET前端电子学作为脑PET成像系统中的重要组成部分,负责对探测器产生的信号进行高精度电荷与时间测量。基于中国科学技术大学核探测与核电子学国家重点实验室自主研发的放大成形甄别专用集成电路(ASIC)开展了脑PET前端电子学原型设计,利用数字求和法与时间数字变换器(TDC)进行电荷与时间的测量。目前已经在实验室的环境下完成此电子学的电荷精度与时间精度的测试,测试结果表明,电荷精度好于3‰半高全宽(FWHM),时间精度好于60 ps RMS。Positron Emission Computed Tomography(PET)is an advanced nuclear medical imaging technology,and the brain PET is a dedicated device used for brain imaging.In a brain PET imaging system,the front-end electronics is one of the important parts,which is responsible for high-precision charge and time measurement of the signal generated by the detector.Based on the application specific integrated circuit(ASIC)developed by University of Science and Technology of China,this paper presents the design of brain PET front-end prototype electronics,and the digital summation method and time-to-digital converter(TDC)for charge and time measurement.The charge accuracy and time accuracy of this electronics have been tested in the laboratory environment.The test results show that the charge accuracy is better than 3‰FWHM(Full Width at Half Maximum),and the time accuracy is better than 60 ps RMS.
