美丽乡村背景下的乡村公共服务设施风貌提升——以《辽宁省永安镇西田村村庄规划》为例

摘　　要：随着美丽乡村的建设推进,近年来乡村风貌的塑造已逐渐成为人们关注的热点。乡村公共服务设施作为乡村重要的公共性要素,是乡村公共活动和日常休闲的重要场所,也是彰显乡村地域文化特色的重要载体。在美丽乡村的建设中,对于乡村公共服务设施配置的研究日趋成熟,但其在乡村风貌塑造中的重要价值仍有待挖掘,本文从规划、建设、实施角度对公共服务设施在乡村风貌塑造中发挥的作用进行了探讨。结合村庄规划中乡村风貌塑造的现实困境及乡村公共服务设施风貌现状,基于文献研究及辽宁省西田村美丽乡村规划中的相关实践,在风貌特征与村庄类型识别、公共服务设施空间布局优化、公共服务设施建筑及空间环境风貌提升等方面探讨了乡村公共服务设施的风貌塑造路径。With the advancement of beautiful village construction,the shaping of village features has gradually become a focal point of attention in recent years.As crucial public elements in rural areas,rural public service facilities serve are important venues for rural public activities and daily leisure,which are also significant carriers that highlight the distinctive features of rural regional cultures.In the construction of beautiful villages,the research on the configuration of rural public service facilities has become increasingly mature,yet their vital value in shaping village features remains to be further explored.This paper discusses the role of public service facilities in shaping village features from the perspective of planning,construction and implementation.Combining with the practical difficulties of shaping village features in village planning and the current situations of rural public service facilities appearance,and based on literature research and relevant practices from the beautiful village planning of Xitian Village in Liaoning Province,this paper explores the path to shaping the features of rural public service facilities in several aspects,such as the identification of the village features and village types,the optimization of the spatial layout of public service facilities,and the enhancement of the architectural and spatial environmental features.
