摘 要:【目的】探究科技期刊短视频学术社区用户价值共创意愿的影响因素,为科技期刊知识服务能力的提升提供理论支撑和实践指导。【方法】基于灵感视角与SOR理论,构建“情境刺激—灵感触发—共创意愿”模型框架,通过网络问卷收集数据,运用偏最小二乘法对研究假设进行检验。【结果】学术短视频的内容独特性和相关性、设计吸引力、作者专业性和知名度均通过观念式启发与行动式启发的链式中介作用,对用户价值共创意愿产生显著的正向影响。圈层关联在视频内容相关性、作者专业性与观念式启发,以及行动式启发与用户价值共创意愿间起到正向调节作用。【结论】用户参与科技期刊短视频学术社区价值共创不仅能够增强知识传播效果,还有助于期刊知识服务质量与品牌影响力的提升。科技期刊应坚持用户需求导向,持续产出高品质视频内容,实施多元化激励机制,强化用户使用黏性,积极培育意见领袖,营造浓厚的学术氛围,以更好地凝聚力量,实现社区生态的稳定与繁荣。[Purposes]This study aims to explore the factors influencing users'willingness to co-create value in short-video academic communities of scientific journals,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for enhancing the knowledge service capacity of these journals.[Methods]Based on the perspective of inspiration and SOR theory,we built a model framework of"contextual stimulation-inspiration triggering-willingness to co-create".We collected data through online questionnaires and tested the research hypotheses by the partial least squares method.[Findings]The uniqueness and relevance of content,the attractiveness of design,and the professionalism and popularity of authors in academic short videos significantly positively influence users'willingness to co-create value through the chain mediation of conceptual inspiration and action inspiration.Additionally,circle association plays a positive moderating role between video content relevance,author professionalism,and conceptual inspiration,as well as between action inspiration and users'willingness to co-create value.[Conclusions]Users'participation in the value co-creation of short-video academic communities not only enhances the effectiveness of knowledge dissemination but also contributes to improving the quality of knowledge services and the brand influence of scientific journals.To achieve a stable and prosperous community ecosystem,scientific journals should adopt a user-centered approach,consistently produce high-quality video content,implement diversified incentive mechanisms,strengthen user engagement,actively cultivate opinion leaders,and foster a vibrant academic atmosphere.
