摘  要:在蓝舌病(Blue tongue,BT)流行蔓延及输入性暴发疫情风险威胁背景下,为深入了解BT输入性疫情及其对我国的潜在风险,本研究以2022年在伊朗暴发BT疫情案例进行了回顾性分析,并对2021-2023年全球BT疫情进行了三间分布分析研究。结果表明,2022年在伊朗卡兹文市暴发的BT疫情为从法国绵羊引种时输入的疫情,发病羊临床有水肿、舌黏膜充血发绀、体温升高及心、肺出血水肿等病理变化。2021年1月-2023年12月,全球有13个国家报告发生BT疫情,共报告BT疫情135起,累计发病动物为5063头。欧洲仍是全球BT疫情集中高发地区,非洲等地区是疫情散发区。随着欧洲BT疫情的蔓延、全球变暖及中欧、中非贸易发展,BT对我国牛羊产业的威胁日益严峻。In the context of the epidemic spread of Blue tongue(BT)and the risk and threat of an imported outbreak,in order to gain a thorough understanding of the BT imported epidemic and its potential risk to China,this study conducted a retrospective analysis on the case of an outbreak of BT in Iran in 2022.The global distribution of BT epidemic in 2021-2023 was analyzed.The results showed that the BT outbreak in Qazvin,Iran in 2022 was an imported outbreak of sheep imported from France.The infected sheep showed clinical pathological changes such as edema,cyanosis of tongue mucosa,elevated body temperature and cardiac and pulmonary hemorrhage and edema.From January 2021 to December 2023,13 countries have reported BT outbreaks,A total of 135 BT outbreaks have been reported worldwide,with a total of 5063 animals infected.Europe is still the world's highest concentration of BT outbreaks,and Africa and other regions are endemic areas.With the spread of BT epidemic in Europe,global warming and the development of Sino-EU trade and Sino-African trade,the threat of BT to China's cattle and sheep industry is increasingly severe.
