摘  要:通过材料配合技术,以三元乙丙橡胶作为主要材料制备氢燃料电池双极板密封,以满足耐高低温循环密封、低透气性、高绝缘性、耐腐蚀性等性能要求。结果表明,采用注压工艺研制的双极板密封件尺寸精度高,在高低温循环及腐蚀环境下呈现出色的密封性能,提高了氢燃料电池的能量交换效率、使用耐久性,降低了成本。By using compounding technology,the hydrogen fuel cells bipolar plate seal with high and low temperature cycles resistance,low air permeability,high insulation and corrosion resistance was prepared using ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)as the main material.The results showed that the bipolar plate seal developed by the injection molding process had high dimensional accuracy,excellent sealing properties in high and low temperature cycles and corrosive environments,which significantly improved the energy conversion efficiency and durability of hydrogen fuel cells,and reduced the cost.
