摘  要:为解决摊铺机橡胶履带板使用寿命短的现状,分析了传统履带板橡胶基体崩花、掉块和整体脱落等问题。结果表明,通过分体结构、橡胶帘布、老化配方改进及注射成型等结构工艺配方方面的改进,可解决橡胶粘接及应力集中问题,提升产品质量稳定性。通过FEA分析、性能参数和疲劳对比均表明了结构工艺改进的可行性和有效性。In order to address the current situation of the short service life of the rubber track shoes of pavers,problems such as chipping and chunking and overall detachment of the rubber block of traditional track shoes were analyzed.The results showed that through improvements in aspects such as the split structure,rubber cord fabric,anti-aging formula and injection molding,the purposes of solving the problems of rubber bonding and stress concentration and improving the stability of product quality could be achieved.Both FEA analysis,performance parameters and fatigue comparison demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness of the improvements in the structural and process.
