摘 要:采用正交试验法研究橡胶配方填充体系及硫化成型工艺因素对橡胶减振制品疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明,针对所选定的水平,各因素对疲劳寿命的影响程度从大到小依次为炭黑粒径、硫化内压、硫化时间、炭黑用量;选出疲劳寿命最佳条件为:炭黑N330,56份,硫化内压40 MPa,硫化时间15 min,所预测的最佳组合的疲劳寿命均优于正交试验表中的各组的疲劳寿命。The effects of factors of the compound filling system and vulcanization molding process on the fatigue life of rubber vibration damping products was studied by the orthogonal test method.The results showed that,for the selected levels,the influencing degree of each factor on the fatigue life from large to small was carbon black particle size,vulcanization internal pressure,vulcanization time,and carbon black dosage;the optimal conditions for fatigue life were selected as follows:carbon black N330,56 phr;vulcanization internal pressure 40 MPa,vulcanization time 15 min,and the predicted fatigue life of the optimal combination was better than that of each group in the orthogonal test table.
