摘 要:猪流行性腹泻病毒(porcine epidemic diarrhea virus,PEDV)作为一种高致病性猪肠道冠状病毒,引起的猪流行性腹泻(porcine epidemic diarrhea,PED)自20世纪70年代报道以来在世界大范围流行,给全球养殖业带来了巨大的危害。PEDV结构蛋白在病毒入侵、复制和拮抗天然免疫方面具有重要作用;非结构蛋白具有抑制宿主细胞基因表达、干扰宿主抗病毒反应等多种功能;辅助蛋白在病毒的复制、毒力调控和免疫逃避中扮演重要角色。本综述通过阐述PEDV的基因组结构及其编码蛋白在病毒复制和宿主细胞相互作用中的主要作用,为进一步理解其致病机制提供参考。Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV)is a highly pathogenic porcine enteric coronavirus.Porcine epidemic diarrhea(PED)caused by this virus has become widespread around the world since it was reported in the 1970s,caused huge harm to the global breeding industry.The viral structural protein is crucial for invasion,replication,and evasion of natural immunity.The nonstructural protein has diverse functions including inhibiting host cell gene expression and counteracting the host antiviral response.Additionally,the auxiliary protein is essential for virus replication,virulence regulation,and immune evasion.This article focuses on elucidating the genome structure of PEDV and the key roles of its encoded proteins in virus replication and interaction with host cells,offering insights into its pathogenic mechanisms.
