治理适配性:转型期农村青年妇女参与村级治理的内在机制

摘　　要：农村妇女参与村级治理是妇女解放和性别平等事业的重要表现。近年来村委会成员中女性比例大幅提升,在乡村社会去政治化的背景下,嵌入家庭再生产的农村青年妇女参与村级治理适配了当前村庄治理低成本实现技术化、文牍化转型等规范性需求,“治理适配性”是解释转型期农村青年妇女治理参与率提高的核心机制。并且,治理适配性对于参与村级治理的中年男性、青年男性、老人、青年妇女等不同治村主体类型均具有一定解释力。青年妇女干部在参与村级治理的过程中,其公共精神、政治能力和自我价值感都得到提升,这是农村妇女解放和性别平等事业的一次重要机遇。Rural women's participation in village governance represents a significant manifestation of women's liberation and gender equality.Field studies reveal a notable increase in the proportion of women in village committees in recent years.Based on multi-site fieldwork,this research finds that,against the backdrop of depoliticization in rural society,the participation of young rural women—embedded in family reproduction—aligns with the normative needs of contemporary village governance,such as low-cost,technocratic,and document-oriented transformation."Governance adaptability"serves as the core mechanism explaining the increased participation of rural young women in governance during this transitional period.Furthermore,governance adaptability demonstrates explanatory power across different types of village governance actors.In the process of participating in governance,young female cadres enhance their public spirit,political competence,and sense of self-worth,marking a critical opportunity for advancing rural women's liberation and gender equality.
