摘 要:目前国内对于电镀18K金合金首饰没有相应检测标准,相关研究报道也较少。本文阐述了电镀18K金合金生产工艺,利用X射线荧光光谱法、火试金法对该类产品组分进行检测,研究讨论了结果差异原因。实验结果表明当内外部表层金含量都大于750‰时,其样品整体金含量才会符合金750要求;当某一面表层金含量小于750‰,需通过火试金进一步检测才能进行判定;样品内外部表层金含量与样品整体金含量无直接关系。电镀18K金合金首饰其制备工艺与传统18K金不同,也区别于硬质纯金电镀工艺。在实际的检测过程中,对待该类产品应该谨慎选择测试方法,建议使用火试金法进行检测。There are few reports and test standards on the electroplated 18 K gold alloy jewelry now.Production process of electroplated 18 K gold alloy are reviewed in this paper.The composition of such products is tested using X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy and fire assay methods,and the reasons for the differences in results are studied and discussed.The experimental results show that when the gold content of both the inner and outer surfaces is greater than 750‰,the overall gold content of the sample will meet the gold 750;when the gold content of one surface is less than 750‰,further testing is needed through fire assay for judgment;there is no direct relationship between the gold content of the inner and outer surfaces of the sample and the overall gold content.The preparation process of electroplated 18 K gold alloy jewelry is different from that of traditional 18 K gold and also differs from the electroplating hard pure gold.In the actual test process their test method should be carefully chosen,and it is recommended to use fire assay for testing.
