摘　　要：消化酶类药物是临床和家庭常用的消化不良治疗药物。目前,我国已上市多种消化酶类非处方药和处方药,并积累了一定的临床证据和实践经验。为提高临床医师和公众对消化酶类药物的认识,促进合理用药,中华医学会消化病学分会功能性胃肠病协作组组织相关领域专家,基于最新研究证据和我国临床实际,制定了消化酶类药物临床与家庭用药指导专家共识。本共识共13条陈述,涵盖了消化酶不足相关消化不良的病理机制与常见病因、患者的自我诊断与治疗评估、消化酶家庭用药注意事项,以及消化酶类药物治疗选择等方面内容。Digestive enzyme supplements are commonly used in the treatment of dyspepsia in clinical and at home.At present,multiple over-the-counter and prescription digestive enzyme supplements are available in China,and a certain amount of clinical evidence and practical experience have been accumulated.In order to improve the knowledge of clinicans and the public on digestive enzyme supplements and promote rational drug use,the Functional Gastrointestinal Disease Group,Chinese Society of Gastroenterology,Chinese Medical Association organized experts in relevant fields to develop an expert consensus on clinical and home use of digestive enzyme supplements based on the latest research evidence and clinical practice in China.This consensus consists of 13 statements,covering the pathological mechanism and common causes of dyspepsia related to digestive enzyme deficiency,self-diagnosis and treatment evaluation of patients,precautions for home use of digestive enzyme supplements,and therapeutic choices of digestive enzyme supplements.
