摘　　要：质量控制(简称质控)指标体系是医疗质量管理与控制体系的重要组成部分, 为推动我国儿童康复医学专业医疗质控工作的科学化、精细化发展, 规范诊疗行为, 提高医疗质量, 保障医疗安全, 中华医学会儿科学分会康复学组、中国妇幼保健协会儿童康复专业委员会组织专家组制订了《中国儿童康复医学专业医疗质量控制指标专家建议》, 供各级各类儿童康复医疗机构在质控工作中参考使用, 同时为卫生健康行政部门相关决策提供依据。The quality control indicator system is an important component of the medical quality management and control system,in order to promote the scientific and refined development of the medical quality control work in the field of pediatric rehabilitation medicine in China,standardize clinical practices,improve medical quality,and ensure medical safety,the Subspecialty Group of Rehabilitation,the Society of Pediatrics,Chinese Medical Association and Children′s Rehabilitation Committee of China Maternal and Child Health Association have organized an expert group to formulate the"Expert recommendations on medical quality control indicators for children′s rehabilitation medicine in China",which can be used as a reference for various levels and types of pediatric rehabilitation medical institutions in quality control work,and as a basis for relevant decisions made by health administration departments.
