摘　　要：我国行业高校目前普遍面临定位不明、特色淡化的现实问题,其根源在于行业文化的缺失。行业高校办学特色建设应在界定行业文化之内涵、明晰行业文化与大学文化之分殊、探寻行业文化与大学文化之交点等方面强化行业文化认知,在尊重行业文化的历史积淀、凸显行业文化的时代特征、凝练行业文化的具象表征等方面强化行业文化淬炼,在明确行业高校定位、找准文化建设切入点、构建文化协同发展机制等方面强化行业文化融入。Currently,industry-oriented universities in China are generally confronted with the practical problems of unclear positioning and weakened characteristics,the root cause of which lies in the absence of industry culture.The construction of distinctive features in industry-oriented universities should enhance the understanding the connotation of industry-oriented culture,clarifying the differences between industry culture and university culture,and exploring the intersection points of the two.It should also strengthen the refinement of industry culture by respecting the historical accumulation of industry culture,highlighting its contemporary features,and refining its concrete manifestations.Moreover,it is necessary to strengthen the integration of industry culture by clarifying their positioning,identifying the entry points for cultural development,and establishing a mechanism for the coordinated development of culture.
