摘　　要：目的:探讨态势分析法(SWOT)理论下降阶梯思维急救模式在严重多发伤急诊患者中的应用效果.方法:选取 2022 年 1 月至 2023 年 6 月本院收治的 87 例严重多发伤急诊患者为研究对象.采用随机数字表法,将其分为观察组(n=46,行SWOT理论下降阶梯思维急救模式干预)和对照组(n=41,行常规急救护理干预).比较两组患者抢救成功率、救治相关时间及病情恶化程度.结果:观察组患者抢救成功率高于对照组,观察组患者分诊评估时间、预警时间等救治相关时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者病情恶化程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:SWOT理论下降阶梯思维急救模式应用于严重多发伤急诊患者,能提高抢救成功率,缩短救治相关时间,控制病情恶化程度.Objective:To explore the application effect of descending ladder thinking emergency mode based on strength,weakness,opportunity,threat(SWOT)theory in emergency patients with severe multiple injuries.Methods:A total of 87 emergency patients with severe multiple injuries admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group(n=46,received descending ladder thinking emergency intervention based on SWOT theory)and control group(n=41,received routine emergency care intervention),according to a random number table.The rescue success rate,treatment related time,and degree of deterioration of the condition were compared between the two groups.Results:The success rate of rescue in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the treatment related times such as triage evaluation time,early warning time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The deterioration degree of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the descending ladder thinking emergency model based on SWOT theory in the treatment of patients with severe multiple injuries can improve the success rate of rescue,shorten the time required for treatment,and control the severity of the condition.
