摘 要:目的:探讨孟鲁司特联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗儿童哮喘的效果及对气道炎症的改善作用.方法:选取2021年7月至2022年11月本院收治的136例哮喘患儿作为研究对象.根据治疗方案,将其分为观察组(n=68,予以孟鲁司特联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗)和对照组(n=68,予以布地奈德福莫特罗治疗).比较两组患儿临床疗效,气道炎症相关因子[单核细胞趋化蛋白(MCP)-1、白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-4、神经营养素(NT)-3、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-9]水平及药物不良反应.结果:观察组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿血清MCP-1、IL-6、IL-4、NT-3、MMP-9水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿药物不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:孟鲁司特联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗儿童哮喘可减轻气道炎症反应,提高治疗效果.Objective:To explore the effect of combination therapy of Montelukast and Budesonide/Fumatrol in the treatment of childhood asthma and its improvement on airway inflammation.Methods:A total of 136 asthmatic children admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to treatment plan,they were divided into observation group(n=68,treated with Montelukast combined with Budesonide/Fumatrol)and control group(n=68,treated with Budesonide/Fumatrol).The clinical efficacy,airway inflammation-related factors[monocyte chemoattractant protein(MCP)-1,interleukin(IL)-4,IL-6,neurotrophin(NT)-3 and matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)-9]and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,serum levels of MCP-1,IL-6,IL-4,NT-3,and MMP-9 in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of Montelukast and Budesonide/Fumatrol for pediatric asthma can alleviate airway inflammation and enhance treatment efficacy.
