情绪弹性团体训练对宫颈癌化疗患者心理状态及应对方式的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨情绪弹性团体训练在宫颈癌化疗患者中的应用效果.方法:选取2020年3月至2024年2月本院收治的85例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象.根据护理方法,将其分为观察组(n=42,采取情绪弹性团体训练)和对照组(n=43,采取常规护理).比较两组患者心理状态[心理痛苦温度计(DT)]、应对方式[简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)]以及癌因性疲乏[Piper疲乏评估修订量表(PFS-R)].结果:干预后,观察组中DT评分>4分的患者比例低于对照组,SCSQ积极应对得分高于对照组,SCSQ消极应对得分低于对照组,PFS-R评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:情绪弹性团体训练应用于宫颈癌化疗患者,能减轻患者心理痛苦,促进积极应对,缓解癌因性疲乏.Objective:To explore the application value of emotional resilience group training in patients undergoing cervical cancer chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 85 cervical cancer patients admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to February 2024 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into observation group(n=42,received emotional resilience group training)and control group(n=43,received routine nursing),according to different nursing methods.The psychological status[distress thermometer(DT)],coping strategies[simple coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)],and cancer-related fatigue[revised Piper fatigue scale(PFS-R)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the proportion of patients with DT score>4 in observation group was lower than that in control group,the SCSQ positive coping score was higher than that of control group,the SCSQ negative coping score was lower than that of control group,and the PFS-R score was lower than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Emotional resilience group training applied to cervical cancer chemotherapy patients can alleviate their psychological pain,promote positive coping strategies,and alleviate cancer-related fatigue.
