基于PERMA理论的CICARE沟通模式在皮肤激光美容治疗患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于积极情绪-投入-交往-意义-成就(PERMA)理论的接触-介绍-沟通-询问-回答-离开(CICARE)沟通模式在皮肤激光美容治疗患者中的应用.方法:选取2021年1月至2023年10月本院收治的60例皮肤激光美容治疗患者作为研究对象.按照护理方法,将其分为观察组(n=30,采用基于PERMA理论的CICARE沟通模式)和对照组(n=30,采用常规沟通模式).比较两组患者的康复情况、心理状态[抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)]及不良反应发生情况,并于治疗结束后随访3个月,比较两组患者的复发率.结果:观察组患者的结痂时间、创面愈合时间、结痂脱落时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预1、3个月时,观察组患者SDS抑郁严重度指数和SAS标准分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应总发生率和复发率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:基于PERMA理论的CICARE沟通模式在皮肤激光美容治疗患者中的应用效果良好,可加快患者康复,缓解患者负面情绪,降低不良反应发生率与复发率.Objective:To explore application effect of connect-introduce-communicate-ask-respond-exit(CICARE)communication mode based on positive emotion-engagement-relationship-meaning-achievement(PERMA)theory in patients undergoing skin laser cosmetic therapy.Methods:A total of 60 patients undergoing skin laser cosmetic therapy in our hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to the nursing method,they were divided into observation group(n=30,received the CICARE communication model based on PERMA theory)and control group(n=30,received the conventional communication mode).The recovery status,psychological state[self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)]and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,and the recurrence rate of the two groups was compared after 3 months of follow-up after the end of treatment.Results:The incrustation time,wound healing time and decrustation time of observation group were shorter than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the SDS depression severity index and SAS standard score of observation group were lower than those of control group at 1 month and 3 months of intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application effect of CICARE communication mode based on PERMA theory is good in patients undergoing skin laser cosmetic therapy,which can accelerate rehabilitation,relieve negative emotions,reduce incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate.
