摘　　要：目的:探讨多学科团队管理模式对左心室辅助装置(LVAD)植入患者的影响.方法:选取2022年3月至2023年6月本院收治的56例LVAD植入患者作为研究对象.根据干预方案,将其分为观察组(n=28,采取多学科团队管理模式护理干预)和对照组(n=28,采取常规护理干预).干预3个月后,比较两组患者康复训练依从性、自我效能和并发症发生率.结果:干预3个月后,观察组患者康复训练总依从度和心脏康复锻炼自我效能量表(CESEI)评分均高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:多学科团队管理模式应用于LVAD植入患者,能提高患者康复训练依从性,降低并发症发生率,增强自我效能.Objective:To explore the impact of multidisciplinary team management model on patients with left ventricular assist device(LVAD)implantation.Methods:A total of 56 patients with LVAD implantation admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to nursing plan,they were divided into observation group(n=28,received multidisciplinary team management mode nursing intervention)and control group(n=28,received routine nursing intervention).After 3 months of intervention,the compliance with rehabilitation training,self-efficacy and incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results:After 3 months of intervention,the total compliance of rehabilitation training and the cardiac exercise self-efficacy instrument(CESEI)scores in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The multidisciplinary team management model applied to LVAD implant patients can improve their compliance with rehabilitation training,reduce the incidence of complications,and enhance self-efficacy.
