基于目标执行理念的健康宣教在血液恶性肿瘤化疗患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于目标执行理念的健康宣教在血液恶性肿瘤化疗患者中的应用效果.方法:选取2023年1月至2024年2月本院收治的94例血液恶性肿瘤化疗患者作为研究对象.根据入院时间,将2023年8月至2024年2月入院的47例患者纳入观察组,予以基于目标执行理念的健康宣教干预;将2023年1月至2023年7月入院的47例患者纳入对照组,给予常规护理干预.比较两组患者疾病认知度、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、自我护理能力量表(ESCA)评分、欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生活质量核心量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)评分.结果:干预后,观察组患者疾病认知优良率及ESCA和EORTC QLQ-C30评分均高于对照组,HAMD、HAMA评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:基于目标执行理念的健康宣教应用于血液恶性肿瘤化疗患者,能提高患者疾病认知度,减轻负性情绪,提升自我护理能力,改善生活质量.Objective:To explore the application of health education based on the concept of goal implementation in hematological malignancy patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:Ninety-four hematological malignancy patients treated with chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected as study subjects.According to the admission time,forty-seven patients from August 2023 to February 2024 were enrolled in observation group(received health education based on the concept of goal implementation intervention),forty-seven patients from January 2023 to July 2023 were enrolled in control group(received routine nursing intervention).The recognition of diseases,scores of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),self-care ability scale(ESCA)and European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire-core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the excellent rate of disease cognition and the scores of ESCA and EORTC QLQ-C30 in observation group were higher than those in control group,while the scores of HAMD and HAMA were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of health education based on the concept of goal implementation intervention in hematological malignancy patients undergoing chemotherapy can improve the recognition of diseases,relieve negative emotions,improve self-care ability and the quality of life.
