基于童趣化理念的护理干预在手足口病患儿中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨童趣化护理在手足口病(HFMD)患儿中的应用效果.方法:选取2021年7月至2024年2月本院收治的92例HFMD患儿为研究对象.采用随机抽签法,将其分为观察组(n=46,给予童趣化护理)和对照组(n=46,给予常规护理).比较两组患儿儿童焦虑性情绪障碍量表(SCARED)评分、Riley疼痛评分(RIPS)、治疗依从性及症状消退时间.结果:干预后,两组患儿SCARED、RIPS评分低于干预前,且观察组患儿评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组患儿总体治疗依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患儿症状消退时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:基于童趣化理念对HFMD患儿开展护理干预能降低患儿焦虑情绪,改善疼痛行为,提高治疗依从性.Objective:To explore the application effect of childlike care in children with hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods:A total of 92 children with HFMD admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to February 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group(n=46,received child interest care)and control group(n=46,received routine care)using a random drawing method.The score of screen of children anxiety related emotion disorder(SCARED),Riley pain score(RIPS),treatment compliance and symptom regression time were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the SCARED and RIPS scores of both groups decreased,and observation group had lower scores than control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the overall treatment compliance of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in the time of symptom resolution between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nursing interventions based on the concept of childlike fun for children with HFMD can reduce anxiety,improve pain behavior,and enhance treatment compliance.
