基于手术室护理质量敏感指标的护理模式对老年性白内障手术患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于手术室护理质量敏感指标的护理模式对老年性白内障手术患者的影响.方法:选取2021年3月至2023年5月本院收治的124例老年性白内障患者作为研究对象.按照随机数字表法,将其分为观察组(n=62,给予基于手术室护理质量敏感指标的护理模式)和对照组(n=62,给予常规护理).统计并比较两组患者不良心理状态、手术室不良事件发生情况及护理质量(护理质量评定表).结果:干预后,观察组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,手术室不良事件总发生率(1/62,1.61%)低于对照组(7/62,11·29%),护理质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:基于手术室护理质量敏感指标的护理模式应用于老年性白内障手术患者,能改善患者不良心理状态,提高护理质量,减少手术室不良事件发生.Objective:To explore the effects of nursing mode based on sensitive indicators of nursing quality in operating room on patients undergoing senile cataract surgery.Methods:A total of 124 senile cataract patients admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to May 2023 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into observation group(n=62,received nursing model based on sensitive indicators of nursing quality in the operating room)and control group(n=62,received routine care),according to a random number table method.The adverse psychological states,occurrence of adverse events of operating rooms,and nursing quality(nursing quality assessment form)were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,the total incidence of adverse events(1/62,1.61%)was lower than that in control group(7/62,11.29%),while the nursing quality score was higher than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing model based on sensitive indicators of nursing quality in the operating room applied to patients undergoing senile cataract surgery can improve their poor psychological state,enhance nursing quality,and reduce the occurrence of adverse events in the operating room.
