摘　　要：目的:探讨基于循证支持的结构式护理结合同质化气道干预在脑出血手术患者中的应用效果.方法:选取2021年1月至2023年12月本院收治的120例脑出血手术患者作为研究对象.依据护理方案,将其分为观察组(n=62,采取基于循证支持的结构式护理结合同质化气道干预)和对照组(n=58,采取常规护理干预).比较两组患者意识状态、神经功能、生活质量及并发症发生情况.结果:干预后,观察组患者格拉斯哥昏迷指数(GCS)评分高于对照组,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组,生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)各维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:基于循证支持的结构式护理结合同质化气道干预在脑出血手术患者中的应用效果较好,可改善患者意识状态和神经功能,提升患者生活质量,降低并发症发生风险.Objective:To explore the application effect of structured care based on evidence-based support combined with homogenized airway intervention in patients undergoing surgery for cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 120 cases of cerebral hemorrhage surgery patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as research objects.According to the nursing protocol,they were divided into observation group(n=62,given structured care based on evidence-based support combined with homogenized airway intervention)and control group(n=58,given conventional nursing intervention).The state of consciousness,neurological function,quality of life and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the Glasgow coma scale(GCS)score of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score was lower than that of control group,the scores of generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Structured care based on evidence-based support combined with homogenized airway intervention has a good application effect in patients with cerebral hemorrhage surgery,which can improve the patient's state of consciousness and neurological function,improve the quality of life and reduce the risk of complications.
