摘  要:目的:探讨呼吸操锻炼联合气道护理对肺炎支原体(MP)感染大叶性肺炎患儿的应用效果.方法:选取2023年2月至2024年2月于本院就诊的90例MP感染大叶性肺炎患儿为研究对象,随机将其分为锻炼组(n=45,采用呼吸操锻炼联合气道护理)和对照组(n=45,采用气道护理).比较两组患儿预后情况、肺通气指标、排痰依从性、生活质量以及家属满意度.结果:干预后,锻炼组患儿体温恢复正常时间、咳嗽恢复正常时间以及住院时间均短于对照组,肺通气指标、排痰依从性、生活质量评分及家属满意度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:呼吸操锻炼联合气道护理可加快MP感染大叶性肺炎患儿病情转归,改善肺通气,提高依从性和生活质量.Objective:To explore the application effect of respiratory exercise training combined with airway nursing in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)infection and lobar pneumonia.Methods:A total of 90 children with MP infection complicated with lobar pneumonia treated in our hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into exercise group(n=45,received respiratory exercise training combined with airway nursing)and control group(n=45,received airway nursing).The prognosis status,pulmonary ventilation indicators,expectoration compliance,quality of life and family satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results:After intervention,the time for body temperature to return to normal,cough to normal and hospital stay in exercise group were shorter than those in control group,and the lung ventilation index,expectoration compliance,quality of life score and family satisfaction were better than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Respiratory exercise training combined with airway nursing can accelerate the prognosis,improve lung ventilation,and improve compliance and quality of life in children with MP infection and lobar pneumonia.
