摘　　要：链主企业是产业链的“牛鼻子”,其运用新质生产力开展技术创新可以带动产业链高质量发展。链主企业通过培育高端生产要素,带动产业链上游创新;提升供应产品质量,带动产业链中下游创新;发挥“链长制”作用,带动产业链整体创新,从而促进整个产业链高质量发展。论文以华为公司为例,分析了链主企业是如何运用新质生产力带动通信设备产业链的创新和高质量发展的。Chain master enterprises are the“nose”of the industrial chain,using new quality productivity to carry out technological innovation and drive the high-quality development of the industrial chain.Chain master enterprises can cultivate high-end production factors and drive upstream innovation of the industrial chain;Improve the quality of supply products and drive innovation in the middle and lower reaches of the industrial chain;Play the role of“chain length system”,drive the overall innovation of the industrial chain,so as to promote the high-quality development of the entire industrial chain.Taking Huawei as an example,this paper analyzes how the chain master enterprises use the new quality productivity to drive the innovation and high-quality development of the communication equipment industry chain.
