摘　　要：考虑环境与社会责任的闭环供应链决策问题,以一个制造商与零售商组成的闭环供应链为研究对象,探究不同环境与社会责任承担模式对系统决策的影响。研究发现:不承担环境与社会责任的供应链成员能够从供应链其他成员的环境与社会责任行为中获益;任意供应链成员的环境与社会责任行为都能够有效改善系统的环境与社会治理绩效、改善产品的可靠性;供应链成员的环境与社会责任行为会产生让利效应,能够有效调整系统的利润分配。Taking a closed-loop supply chain composed of manufacturers and retailers as the research object,the impact of different environmental and social responsibility modes on system decision-making was explored.The results show that supply chain members who do not bear environmental and social responsibility can benefit from the environmental and social responsibility behaviors of other members of the supply chain.The environmental and social responsibility behaviors of any supply chain member can effectively improve the environmental and social governance performance of the system and improve the reliability of products.The environmental and social responsibility behaviors of supply chain members will have a profit effect,which can effectively adjust the profit distribution of the system.
