小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疾病相关研究进展

摘　　要：作为儿科临床过程中常见疾病之一,小儿疱疹性咽峡炎对于患儿健康的影响相对较大。医疗人员指出,由于小儿群体免疫力相对较为薄弱,因此,在受到病毒侵袭时,其往往难以有效实现对病毒的合理抑制,继而不利于其健康的合理保障。医疗人员指出,该病在夏秋季较为常见,患儿起病速度相对较快,如果不能及时进行合理干预,则可对患儿健康造成严重影响。在临床过程中,该病患儿多数伴有咽痛、高热、厌食以及呕吐等临床症状。近年来,随着中医理论的不断发展,部分研究人员表示,中西医联合治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎,有利于实现患儿治疗效果的进一步提升与改善,对于改善患儿临床症状具有积极价值。本文对小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的致病因素、临床表现、治疗方法以及预防要点等内容进行综述,旨在为该病后续医疗研究工作的开展奠定基础与保障。As one of the common diseases in pediatric clinical process,pediatric herpangina has a relatively large impact on the health of children.Medical staff point out that due to the relatively weak immunity of children's group,so it is often difficult to effectively achieve reasonable suppress the virus when it is attacked by the virus,which is not conducive to the reasonable guarantee of their health.Medical staff point out that the disease is more common in summer and autumn,the onset rate of children is relatively fast,if not timely and reasonable intervention is not carried out,it can have a serious impact on the health of children.In the clinical process,most of the children with this disease are accompanied by sore throat,high fever,anorexia,vomiting and other clinical symptoms.In recent years,with the continuous development of traditional Chinese medicine theory,some researchers suggest that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of pediatric herpangina is conducive to further enhance and improve the treatment effect of children,and has positive value for the improvement of clinical symptoms of children.This paper reviews the contents of padiatric herpangina such as the pathogenic factors,clinical manifestations,treatment methods and key points of prevention,in order to lay the foundation and guarantee for the follow-up medical research work of the disease.
