摘 要:中耳胆脂瘤具有侵袭性和骨破坏性,RANKL/RANK/OPG、NF-κB、酶介导的基质金属蛋白酶通路、炎症介质相关的Toll样受体和MAPK信号通路共同参与中耳胆脂瘤的骨破坏过程。探讨中耳胆脂瘤骨破坏机制中相关信号通路的调控机制和相互作用,对探索新的治疗方法具有重要意义。本文就中耳胆脂瘤骨破坏机制相关信号通路的研究进展作一综述。Middle ear cholesteatoma is characterized by invasiveness and bone destruction.RANKL/RANK/OPG pathway,NF-κB pathway,enzyme-mediated matrix metalloproteinases pathway,inflammation-related Toll-like receptor and mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling pathway,are all involved in the bone destruction process in middle ear cholesteatoma.To explore the regulatory mechanisms and interactions of these bone destruction-related signaling pathways may provide new strategies for the treatment of middle ear cholesteatoma.This paper reviews the research progress of signaling pathways involved in the bone destruction mechanisms of middle ear cholesteatoma.
