摘 要:HX_(D)2型电力机车Eurotrol制动机具有补风功能和手动中立功能,无不补风功能。机车正常运行时,制动机处于补风模式,机车牵引小编组车辆实施常用制动减压时,车辆列车管压力出现波动,制动机会自动向列车管补风,最终导致机车后接的部分车辆出现自缓现象。针对该问题,对HX_(D)2型机车制动机进行优化改进,增加不补风功能。In the HX_(D2) electric locomotive,the Eurotrol brake has compensating air function and manual neutral function,but hasn′ t non compensating air function.When the locomotive is running normally,the brake is in the compensating air mode.When the locomotive pulls a small marshaling,the common brake pressure will reduce,leading to a fluctuation in the pressure of the train pipe.At this moment,the brake will automatically supply air to the train pipe,ultimately causing some vehicles to self release connected to the locomotive.To address the problem,we optimized and improved the brake system of HX_(D2) locomotive by adding the function of non compensating air.
