摘 要:为了提高矿山铜浮选环节中X射线荧光在线品位分析仪的监控精准度,针对设备参数设定及操作条件对分析仪检测误差的影响问题,设计了一套误差分析方法。以厄瓜多尔米拉多铜矿选矿厂的能量色散型荧光分析仪DF-5700为例,提出了遍历特征的自适应退火型粒子群算法(TF-AAPSO)。该算法结合数学模型,在矿石品位波动导致公式参数不匹配的情况下,通过优化关键参数和改进取样流程,可有效降低设备检测误差。研究结果表明:该方法具有便捷性和较高的适用性,尤其适用于海外金属矿山;在缺乏专业技术支持的情况下,该方法能够帮助现场工程技术人员对荧光分析仪的误差进行快速、精准的分析与调整,具有重要的实际应用价值。In order to improve the monitoring accuracy of the X-ray fluorescence online grade analyz-er in the copper flotation process of the mine,a set of error analysis method is designed for the influence of equipment parameter setting and operating conditions on the detection error of the analyzer.Taking the ener-gy dispersive fluorescence analyzer DF-5700 of the Milado copper concentrator in Ecuador as an example,an adaptive annealing particle swarm optimization algorithm(TF-AAPSO)based on ergodic feature is pro-posed.Combined with the mathematical model,the algorithm can effectively reduce the detection error of the equipment by optimizing the key parameters and improving the sampling process in the case of the mis-match of formula parameters caused by the fluctuation of ore grade.The research results show that the meth-od has convenience and high applicability,especially for overseas metal mines;in the absence of profession-al technical support,this method can help field engineers and technicians to quickly and accurately analyze and adjust the error of the fluorescence analyzer,which has important practical application value.
