摘  要:针对厄瓜多尔某铜矿山在铜硫分离过程中面临的高碱石灰工艺带来的环保问题,提出了采用EF-1309作为抑制剂部分替代石灰的方案,旨在降低外排水pH值并维持生产指标的稳定。通过实验室小型试验和工业试验,系统研究了磨矿细度、矿浆pH值、二段磨矿细度以及EF-1309抑制剂用量对铜硫分离效果的影响。实验室试验确定的最佳试验条件为一段磨矿细度-0.074 mm占60%,矿浆pH值9.5,二段磨矿细度-0.045 mm占75%,EF-1309抑制剂用量250 g/t。实验室闭路试验结果表明,添加EF-1309后,铜精矿品位从25.18%提高至26.96%,回收率从88.86%提高至90.64%。工业试验结果表明,添加EF-1309对精矿指标影响不大,混合回水pH值由9.66降到8.39,pH值明显降低,COD含量由173.78 mg/L降至112.53 mg/L,也得到明显降低,符合环保要求。In view of the environmental protection problems caused by the high-alkali lime process in the copper-sulfur separation process of a copper mine in Ecuador,a scheme of using EF-1309 as an in-hibitor to partially replace lime is proposed to reduce the pH value of external drainage and maintain the stability of production indicators.The effects of grinding fineness,pulp pH value,secondarygrinding fine-ness and EF-1309 inhibitor dosage on the separation of copper and sulfur are systematically studied through laboratory tests and industrial tests.The optimum experimental conditions determined by the labo-ratory test are as follows that the first stage grinding fineness of-0.074 mm accounts for 60%,the pulp pH value is 9.5,the secondarygrinding fineness of-0.045 mm accounts for 75%,and the dosage of EF-1309 inhibitor is 250 g/t.The results of laboratory closed-circuit test showed that the grade of copper concentrate increased from 25.18%to 26.96%and the recovery rate increased from 88.86%to 90.64%after adding EF-1309.The industrial test results show that the addition of EF-1309 has little effect on the concentrate index.The pH value of the mixed backwater is reduced from 9.66 to 8.39,the pH value is significantly reduced,and the COD content is reduced from 173.78 mg/L to 112.53 mg/L,which is also significantly reduced and can meet the environmental protection requirements.
