摘 要:以米拉多铜矿为研究背景,通过系统分析得出,导致矿石贫化与损失的开采因素主要为矿体复杂形态、爆破方式不合理、设备操作不规范,非开采因素主要为矿岩接触带模糊、品位分布不均。为提高该矿山资源利用率并降低生产成本,基于矿山地质特征与实际生产,提出并实施了提高地质资料精准度、优化爆破及采剥方式、强化出矿管理3项控制措施。在2019-2024年,矿石年均贫化率从7.41%降至2.86%,损失率从7.28%降至2.85%。实践表明,通过地质资料精准控制、工艺优化及管理提升,可显著降低露天矿山贫化损失率,对延长矿山服务年限、提升经济效益具有重要指导意义。Taking Mirador Copper Mine as the research background,through systematic analysis,it is concluded that the mining factors leading to ore dilution and loss are mainly the complex shape of ore body,unreasonable blasting mode and irregular equipment operation.The non-mining factors are mainly the fuzzy contact zone of ore and rock and the uneven distribution of grade.In order to improve the utilization rate of mine resources and reduce the production cost,based on the geological characteristics and produc-tion practice of the mine,three control measures are put forward and implemented to improve the accuracy of geological data,optimize the blasting and stripping methods,and strengthen the mining management.From 2019 to 2024,the average annual ore dilution rate decreased from 7.41%to 2.86%,and the loss rate decreased from 7.28%to 2.85%.Practice shows that through precise control of geological data,process opti-mization and management improvement,the depletion loss rate of open-pit mines can be significantly re-duced,which has important guiding significance for prolonging the service life of mines and improving eco-nomic benefits.
