米拉多铜矿探采对比及矿石贫化损失率研究

摘  要:米拉多铜矿具有矿化不均匀、非矿斑岩脉产状多变、品位分布变化较大等特征,致使采矿难度大,供矿品位难以持续稳定等问题。为后续开采能合理地制定采矿方法和品位均衡的配矿计划,通过以米拉多铜矿的矿床地质特征、矿体模型、块体模型为基础,对部分采矿区域进行矿体形态、资源储量对比分析和矿石损失贫化率计算。结果表明,米拉多铜矿实际生产揭露的矿体模型与早期地质勘探模型中矿体面积误差、面积重合率、形态歪曲率、矿石量以及金属量偏差较大的区域矿石的贫化和损失率均较高。结合实际生产经验,提出了减小矿石贫化和损失的举措,为后续制定合理采矿方法和配矿计划,优化矿石资源利用率,提高矿山的经济效益提供参考。The Mirador Copper Mine has the characteristics of uneven mineralization,variable occur-rence of non-ore porphyry veins,and large changes in grade distribution,which makes mining difficult and the grade of ore supply difficult to be sustained and stable.In order to reasonably formulate the mining meth-od and grade balanced ore blending plan for the subsequent mining,based on the geological characteristics of the deposit,the ore body model,the block model of Mirador Copper Mine,the ore body shape,the com-parative analysis of resource reserves and the calculation of ore loss and dilution rate are carried out in some mining areas.The results show that the ore body area error,area coincidence rate,shape distortion rate,ore quantity and metal quantity deviation in the ore body model exposed by the actual production of Mirador Cop-per Mine and the early geological exploration model are higher.Combined with the actual production experi-ence,the measures to reduce ore dilution and loss are put forward,which provides a reference for the subse-quent formulation of reasonable mining methods and ore blending plans,optimization of ore resource utiliza-tion,and improvement of economic benefits of mines.
